I booked a room about 50 minutes before I arrived in Bourg-en-Bresse. The room was clean, the staff were pleasant and the breakfast was included (unusual for France) and it was a great breakfast! Very happy with the stay overall.

The hotel is really well located, a couple of minutes by foot from the center. The staff is really friendly, and the room was clean. It's a really good option for a one night stay since rooms and bathrooms are small. It's the second time that we use it for a one night stay.

Stayed at the ibis on my return journey, much better than the hotel on my outward trip. More central, and more friendly and welcoming, nice breakfast and comfortable room.

The location was great. Also the staff was extremely friendly. The room was quite large.

The reception staff were friendly, efficient and spoke excellent English. Room basic but clean. Breakfast very good. Perfect location for the town centre. The staff had a town plan with eight restaurants marked that were within two or three hundred yards. Good parking.

Loved my stay at the Ibis styles. Great value for money as breakfast is included. Also great location. Only 5 mins from city centre and shops.

was expecting a budget hotel, and it largely was. breakfast was unexpectedly excellent. very happy with that. staff was very friendly. the hotel is also very close to the city centre, everything is in walking distance. would book again.
